Iris McCloughan is a transfemme poet living and working in Brooklyn. They were the winner of the 2018 Stanley Kunitz Memorial Prize from the American Poetry Review. They are the author of the chapbook 'No Harbor' (L + S Press, 2014) and their poems have appeared in American Poetry Review, juked, Gertrude, and decomP, among others.
Timothy Otte is a poet and critic. He is author of the chapbook Rebound, Restart, Renew, Rebuild, Rejoice (Lithic Press, 2019) and a 2019 Minnesota State Arts Board Artist Initiative grant recipient. His work has been supported by the Loft Literary Center’s Mentor Series and the Poetry Incubator organized by the Poetry Foundation and Crescendo Literary. His poems have appeared in Denver Quarterly, Sixth Finch, SAND Journal, FEELINGS Journal, and Sink Review, among others. His reviews have appeared in Orion Magazine, the Poetry Project Newsletter, Colorado Review, Lit Hub, and elsewhere. Otte facilitates the Poetry Book Club at SubText Books in St. Paul and lives in Minneapolis.
Sagirah Shahid is a Black Muslim poet and performing artist from Minneapolis, MN. Her writing can be found in Winter Tangerine, Pollen, Juked, Puerto Del Sol, Mizna, Paper Darts, and elsewhere.
D. Allen is a queer & genderqueer poet, teacher, and multidisciplinary artist living in Minneapolis. They completed an MFA in Poetry at the University of Minnesota in 2017 and are currently a 2019 20% Theatre Company Q-STAGE Fellow and a 2019-20 Jerome Hill Artist Fellow. D.’s first book, A Bony Framework for the Tangible Universe (The Operating System), was released in spring 2019.
