Estate Planning 101: Conversations with Mary Joki Ebb, Esq. of Mary Ebb Law
Commencing January 2015, please join local elder law and estate planning attorney, Mary Joki Ebb, Esq., on the fourth Monday of each month from 5:30 pm-6:30 pm at Subtext Books in St. Paul, MN, for illuminating, motivating, and instructive conversations concerning various matters of estate planning, and the inestimable assurance that comes from planning for the unexpected. As Max Brooks has colorfully, yet aptly suggested: "If you believe you can accomplish everything by "cramming" at the eleventh hour, by all means, don't lift a finger now. But you may think twice about beginning to build your ark once it has already started raining.” Max Brooks, The Zombie Survival Guide: Complete Protection from the Living Dead
The first gathering will take place on Monday, January 26th. Each session will include a brief and informal presentation, followed by an impromptu Q & A session. Mary is open to proffering general comments on questions regarding estate planning, health care directives, elder law, wills and trusts, probate, guardianship, conservatorship, and medical assistance. Estate Planning 101: Conversations with Mary Joki Ebb, Esq. are open to the public, free of charge and do not require pre-registration.
Additionally, Subtext will have assembled an eclectic selection of available books touching on the subject of the unexpected in life.
